9. Natural molten wax is poured in cold water and the nails are submerged in the water, right within the reach of the hot wax mixture. At that time, the nails will be covered with a layer of natural wax and you should leave them overnight. Use twice a week for 3 weeks.

10. Pour 2 tablespoons of the mixture of chamomile and burdock tea with a glass of boiled water, let it steep for a while. Then place your finger in this mixture. Use 1 time/week.
